Registered Psychotherapy

Relational, Somatic & Embodied

Sessions are either 50 mins (fee: $200) or 80 mins (fee: $250).
I offer sliding scale fees. I’m happy to discuss financial accessibility during your consultation.

All sessions take place online via telehealth.

I’m a registered psychotherapist (CRPO) practicing relational somatics and embodiment—a unique, body-centred approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Rather than relying primarily on verbal dialogue, we work experientially through the therapeutic relationship, tuning into your body’s sensations, movements, and nervous system responses in real time.

This embodied framework helps you process and understand through direct physical experience, using your body’s own feedback systems as a pathway to healing. Sessions are paced to your unique needs, with trauma-informed care that prioritizes your capacity and comfort within our connected therapeutic relationship.

Together, we focus on growing your awareness and resilience through experiential tools that support lasting change from the inside out.

I work with adult clients ages 18 and older.

Many Ontario health insurance plans cover registered psychotherapists. Please verify your specific coverage with your provider.

I am currently accepting new clients.

Please see my About section for details on approach, modalities and training.

What do I need to expect or do for our first session?

Before we meet you’ll be sent forms to complete and return 48hrs in advance of your First Session. The intake and consent forms help me understand your needs better, let you review information about my practice policies in advance and allow us to make the best use of our time together. In our first session, we’ll review the forms and begin exploring your story—your lived experience and historical context that shapes your present experiences. Although we’ll begin the process together, this unfolding happens gradually over time, and it may take a few sessions to discover if we’re a good fit and to gather your full history.

Complimentary 15-min consult call

This brief conversation gives us a chance to connect and address any questions you have before booking your first session. To make our time together most meaningful, please also explore the About, FAQ and Important Considerations sections first. We can meet via video or telephone call.

Note: When you book a 15-Minute consult call, you will be sent a brief questionnaire that will need to be returned in order to confirm your booking.

Getting Started – What should I do first?

Begin by exploring the FAQ section to get familiar with my offerings and important considerations for working with me. If you’d like to connect first, you are welcome to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation call—when you click the booking button, you’ll be sent a short questionnaire to fill out to ensure we make the best use of our time together.

If you prefer to book a first session (an intake) directly, submit a booking request. You’ll be sent intake forms with clear instructions to complete. These forms help me understand what you’re seeking and assess if we’re a good fit within my scope of practice. I’ll respond within 48 hours.

Note: All forms must be completed and returned before your booking is confirmed.

If you prefer more time and space to explore if we’re a good match, please consider booking a “Get to Know You” session for a longer, more spacious conversation about working together.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 48hr cancellation policy (excluding weekends or statutory holidays).

The full session fee will be billed for missed or cancelled appointments without 48 hrs. advance notice. Late arrivals beyond a 15-minute grace period are considered cancellations and incur full session fees.
